Vanilla is a painting that I created at the end of 2020 just as I was finishing to discover and codify my "Bright Expressionism" style This painting is very symbolic and representative.
Colors and shapes do not follow the rules of reality. One group of trees is blue / purple and one is yellow / green. It is not clear what season of the year it is, the sky passes from full day, at sunset to a starry night at the same time. This painting was made completely with my fingers. The oil paint is very rich and full of texture.
A body of water, almost too realistic, adds a touch of dynamism to the whole. The composition comes from my creativity and memory, a mix of memories between Lake Garda landscapes and mountain excursions. Special thanks to the collector who owns this painting.
